LNP Port Out Procedure
Citynet will need a Local Service Request (LSR) form completed and submitted via email to provisioning@citynet.net. Citynet will send a confirmation/rejection notice via email within 3-5 business days of receiving the LSR. If the LSR is received after 3 P.M (Eastern Standard Time), it will be considered the next business day. The due date on the LSR must be a minimum of 5 business days from the day Citynet has received a clean LSR.
