-Displays Name and Number of Incoming Callers
-Works with all Caller-ID enable phones
-Caller-ID pulls from a internal database on AT&T's network site called AnyWho.com and customers whose name does not appear on the caller ID can be registered here
-To change internal Caller ID Name
  • Go to call manager
  • click on SIP accounts
  • click on default SIP accounts
  • Put whatever you wish the caller-id to be where it says Internal Caller ID
  • click submit
  • Reboot equipment or wait 10 mins
