What Can Be Reported?
The Ethics & Compliance Reporting process is open and available to employees, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, customers, and members of the public to report concerns related to:
Fraud, waste, or abuse
False reporting or billing
Bribery or kickbacks
Violations of laws, regulations, or company policies
Conflicts of interest
Retaliation against individuals reporting concerns in good faith
Misuse of grant funds or company property
Confidentiality & Non-Retaliation
Reports submitted in good faith will be reviewed appropriately and handled as confidentially as possible, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and investigative requirements.
Citynet prohibits retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith.
