James R.J. Martin II

President & CEO

Jim Martin is President and CEO of Citynet. He began his entrepreneurial career while still a computer science student at WVU. Upon graduation, he started MarCom, a regional Internet service provider, website design and hosting business. MarCom was later purchased by City National Bank along with Charleston-based Citynet. Mr. Martin became the CEO of the new venture.

Mr. Martin then led a team of highly respected investors to purchase Citynet from City National Bank. At that time, Citynet had about 20 employees. Today, Citynet is a privately owned full service telecommunications company with offices in Bridgeport, Morgantown, and Charleston, WV, and Columbus, OH. The company has grown to include over 100 highly trained and well educated employees.

Under Mr. Martin's leadership, Citynet has moved from being an Internet service provider in West Virginia to the region's largest and trusted provider of integrated telecommunication services; offering next-generation Telecommunications and Comprehensive Managed IT Services and Consulting in West Virginia, Western Pennsylvania, and Ohio.

Mr. Martin shares his business acumen with several boards, including the Harrison County Development Authority, the county of Citynet’s headquarters. In this capacity, Mr. Martin provides valuable insights into methods of stimulating the local economy and in helping to direct the future growth and diversity of business in the state of West Virginia. Mr. Martin has received numerous awards and recognition for his business, leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

Outside of the office, Mr. Martin enjoys skiing, kayaking, scuba diving and flying his Piper Cherokee. He resides in Bridgeport, WV with his wife and three children.

Todd Dlugos, Chief Financial Officer

A native of Morgantown, West Virginia, Todd graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. After graduation he moved to Pittsburgh and worked for one of the "Big Six" accounting firms. During this time Todd passed the Certified Public Account (CPA) exam. Todd decided to move back to Morgantown to join the auditing and accounting firm of Vecchio and Company. He then joined HealthWorks Rehab & Fitness; a growing physical therapy and fitness company with several locations in north central West Virginia. There he held multiple major responsibilities, including: finance, accounting, MIS, and HR.

Todd completed the Executive MBA degree program at West Virginia University in 2007.

He is an avid runner and enjoys the local trail system in Morgantown. Todd and his wife Kelly have three children and live in Morgantown, WV.

Todd is based in Citynet's Morgantown, West Virginia office.

Drew Pomeroy, Senior VP, Strategic Sales

Drew joined Citynet upon graduation from West Virginia University's School of Business and Economics in May, 1997. Throughout his tenure, Drew has seen Citynet go through a variety of changes, helping create the successful company it is today. Drew's key focus at Citynet is in the areas of Client and Business Development. He currently manages all key client relationships and provides senior level consultative support to Citynet's entire customer base.

In addition to his role at Citynet, Pomeroy serves as a Member of the Bridgeport City Council, is President of the Bridgeport Convention and Visitors Bureau, is a past director and member of the Harrison County Chamber of Commerce, is an advisory board member of the both WBOY-TV and the West Virginia Junior College, and is a member of both the City of Bridgeport Economic Development Council and the I-79 Economic Development Council.

A native of Bridgeport, West Virginia, Pomeroy makes his home there with his wife Becky their sons Tucker and Paxton.

Based out of Citynet's Bridgeport, West Virginia headquarters, Drew's expertise lies within the areas of Voice, Internet, Data Connectivity and Cisco-based infrastructure deployment.

Josh Pickens, Senior VP, Engineering

A central West Virginia native, Josh is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information and Decision Systems. He joined the Citynet team in 1998 after concluding his military career as a Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps.

Josh manages Citynet's Enterprise/IT infrastructure team. He and his team have a vast array of responsibilities ranging from desktop support to clustered servers that maintain all of Citynet's in-house and customer Internet and email systems; our Cisco platform equipment, and associated routine maintenance. Josh holds many advanced technology certifications. He, his wife and two sons reside in Grafton, WV.

Josh is based out of Citynet's headquarters in Bridgeport, West Virgnia.

Chris Morris, Senior VP, Business Development & External Affairs

Christopher Morris serves Citynet as the Vice President of Business Development and External Affairs. As a a key member of the Citynet executive team, he is responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction and spearheading new business development initiatives.

Prior to joining Citynet, Chris has had numerous positions in both the public and private sector including three years as the West Virginia State Tax Commissioner for Governor Joe Manchin, III. Chris has had leadership roles on many boards and commissions including chairing the Governor’s Disaster Recovery Board, the Governor’s Tax Modernization Study, the West Virginian Municipal Bond Commission, serving as the Vice President of the Southeastern Tax Administrators, and the Secretary and Member of the Board of Directors for the West Virginia Economic Development Authority.

Chris has also served on the Board of Trustees for the Federation of Tax Administrators, the Huntington Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Central West Virginia American Red Cross Board of Directors, and the Huntington Area Development Council Board of Directors.

While Chris is based out of Citynet's Charleston office, he interacts with public officials, community stakeholders, and industry leaders though out the state of West Virginia.

Chris completed his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from West Virginia University and resides in Charleston with his wife Renee and three daughters.

Craig Behr, Senior VP, Strategic Sales

Craig owned and operated Veritech Consulting Group, an Information Technology company in Morgantown, West Virginia. Citynet then acquired Veritech and Craig brought his impressive technical acumen to Citynet, where he is responsible for the Managed Services division. He holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from West Virginia University.

He enjoys movies, racquetball, poker, traveling and playing the drums. Craig volunteers with many charitable organizations, including, Stepping Stones, The United Way, and The Mountaineer Boys and Girls Club. He serves on the Board of Director for United Way of Monongalia and Preston County as well as on the Board of the Mountaineer Boys and Girls Club. Craig is also a Rotarian with the Morgantown Rotary.

Craig, his wife Anne, their son Alex and daughter Hannah reside in Morgantown, West Virginia.

He is based out of Citynet's Morgantown office.
