For nearly 25 years, we’ve been at the forefront of delivering advanced fiber broadband and technology solutions that keep homes, businesses, and entire communities connected, protected, and empowered.
West Virginia-Built Fiber Internet
Citynet’s fiber network is 100% built, owned, and operated right here in West Virginia. When you choose Citynet, you’re choosing a company that invests directly in your community — creating local jobs, supporting schools, and strengthening our state’s digital future. Whether you’re streaming, gaming, working, or learning from home, Citynet delivers the speed and dependability you deserve.
Local Support You Can Count On
Our customer support and technical service teams are based in Bridgeport, West Virginia, and available 24/7/365. When you call us, you’re speaking with real neighbors who understand your community and genuinely care about your experience.
More Than Internet
Beyond residential fiber, Citynet delivers a full suite of business technology solutions — including Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity, Cloud Connectivity, and Unified Communications. From small businesses on Main Street to enterprise organizations nationwide, Citynet helps customers operate securely, efficiently, and confidently in an increasingly digital world.
Committed to Communities
As a 100% West Virginia-owned company, Citynet proudly sponsors local events, provides free community Wi-Fi zones, and partners with schools to expand digital access for students. Every connection we build is part of a larger mission: to close the digital divide and create a stronger, more connected West Virginia.
Citynet connects, protects, and perfects – delivering reliable fiber, trusted security, and managed IT excellence.
